Hydra-Flex, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the Aqua-Lab CS1 Prep, a compact, single-chemical dispensing system that uses a foaming applicator gun to apply bug prep solution, fast.

Easily add or enhance the hand-prep station in your car wash facility. The CS1 Prep unit is simple to install, easy to use, and will increase site productivity by giving the user the ability to coat the problem areas on the vehicle with solution in just seconds.

An extension of Hydra-Flex’s direct-inject chemical dispensing product line, the CS1 Prep uses proven Aqua-Lab technology for reliable, consistent chemical delivery. Aqua-Lab systems use the suggested chemistry dilution rate, but increase the delivery pressure, resulting in less solution used with better coverage.

Critical components of the CS1 Prep include a 2.9 GPM pump, integrated motor controls, a foaming air regulator with pressure gauge, and an adjustable pressure switch. Its space saving design can be wall-mounted and accurately delivers solution without a cumbersome mixing tank. The plug-n-play system operates on 120V/15A power with an independent on/off switch.
