Hydra-Flex Ranks #26 on Mpls/St. Paul Business Journal Fast 50

October 23, 2015 – Burnsville, MN – The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal honored Hydra-Flex, Inc. as No. 26 on its Fast 50 list with revenue growth of 91.54% from 2012 to 2014. The rankings were announced Wednesday during an awards gala attended by members of the region’s fastest growing private companies.
One of only 4 manufacturers on the list, the accompanying article discusses a main driver behind Hydra-Flex’s growth was putting business processes in place that allow the company to measure results and progress. According to Hydra-Flex CEO, Jaime Harris, “What really resonates in our company is the motto ‘what gets measured improves’. The data has created clarity and allowed everyone to attack problems head on.”
