September 12, 2017 – Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN – Hydra-Flex, Inc., manufacturer of innovative fluid handling equipment, announced the worldwide release of the Aqua-Lab™ SDGEN2 Chemical Dispensing System and All-Composite Chem-Flex™ Chemical Injectors.
Intended for use with in-bay automatic/rollover vehicle wash sites, the Aqua-Lab™ SDGEN2 Single Dose Chemical Dispensing System is a more chemically-resistant, turnkey system. Designed for improved performance, the Aqua-Lab SDGEN2 includes new features such as a chemically-resistant Kynar® manifold and a new intuitive panel design.
Hydra-Flex has also developed an innovative solution that will stand up to the most aggressive, yet common, car wash chemicals – the composite injector. All-Composite Chem-Flex™ Injectors are manufactured using a corrosion resistant material, and have been tested by the industry’s leading chemical manufacturers with consistently positive results.
“The Aqua-Lab SDGEN2 system is the first fully inclusive chemical dispensing system designed specifically for the in-bay market using injector technology that meets the chemical compatibility the market requires,” says Justin Jovle, Director of Business Development at Hydra-Flex. “We have heard loud and clear from our customers that have admired our systems for tunnel washes and wanted a solution for their in-bay washes.”
