Metro Express started using Hydra-Flex’s Aqua-Lab about a year ago at our three locations with the intention of not only cutting cost and detergent waste but also to have a more consistent delivery of detergent. Our goals were met and exceeded. Not only did we see a significant drop in cost but we gained the most consistent deliver in the industry that we know of. Cost and usage fluctuations are a thing of the past for us.
The Hydraflex team has been excellent to work with. Troubleshooting and questions are quickly expedited and fulfilled. Tyler and Justin have been particularly helpful with any concerns that we had.
Overall the performance and quality of engineering of the hardware is first rate while upkeep is affordable and easy.
In hindsight our decision to convert to Hydra-Flex was a great move for our organization and would recommend the conversion to any operator. The return on invest was quick and the saving continue to reinforce our decision to go with HFI.
