Hydra-Flex is one of just 10 businesses recognized in Dakota-Scott County
SAVAGE, Minn. – One of Hydra-Flex, Inc.’s core values is creating the “best work environment” for its employees. The company’s commitment to that goal was validated Thursday, May 13, 2021, when the Dakota-Scott Workforce Development Board named Hydra-Flex one of its Employers of Excellence. This is the third-straight time Hydra-Flex has received this prestigious honor.

We look forward to getting everyone back together in-person to celebrate this award and continue our goal of being the best work environment for all our employees.”
The Employers of Excellence award recognizes the 10 best places to work in Dakota-Scott County. Hydra-Flex was one of just four mid-size businesses (50-200 employees) to receive the distinction.
Businesses are evaluated on 37 different measurements, including employee retention efforts, work environment, and more. An independent firm ranks each business in each category, and the best overall scores are recognized as Employers of Excellence. Hydra-Flex’s growth rate (12.6 percent), profit-sharing program (94 percent participation) and voluntary retirement program (100 percent) were among the highlights of the company’s evaluation.
